Daniel Regan

With both a BA & MA in Photography and 10 years of creative experience I’m passionate about teaching photography. I combine an enthusiastic & patient approach to help foster and facilitate the creativity in all of my workshop participants.

I picked up a camera in my teens at the onset of my mental health difficulties. Making photographs became my primary form of expression, enabling me to safely explore my feelings through art. Photography is not only a passion of mine but a therapeutic tool used throughout my work.

Throughout both my degrees I researched the benefits of photography and the arts for those experiencing emotional difficulties, starting with myself. At present I continue to devise and facilitate projects whose beneficiaries are provided the opportunity to explore themselves through creative workshops in a supportive environment.
